The hotel's location was ideal, really close to the wonderful restaurants and shops in downtown Wilmington, downtown and the Front Street activities in Wilmington. The rooms were extremely pleasant and large, had hypo-allergenic pillows. The staff we met was incredibly kind and accommodating.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of our accommodations. There were plenty of options for tea, coffee, and cold beverages near the riverside area, which had great restaurants and a delightful breakfast spot. The hotel was also perfectly placed beside St Timothy reservations hall, where we attended a wedding. It was an ideal location to stay.
The check-in process lacked friendliness and assistance, which was not in line with the service we experienced elsewhere during our trip.

Our recent stay at the historic B&B in Wilmington was absolutely lovely. The moment we entered the inn, we were captivated by its elegant charm and rich history. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated with historic furniture pieces, instantly transporting us back in time. The private bathroom was equally impressive with its unique black and white tiled round shower. We were truly immersed in the turn of the century grandeur. Additionally, the breakfast served in the dining room was a delightful experience, with fine china, crystal, and linen napkins creating an atmosphere of elegance. The food itself was excellent, and the service was top-notch, with the staff providing a fascinating history lesson at each serving. our time at the B&B was enjoyable and memorable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and elegant experience.

Great amenities and comfortable bed made the stay enjoyable. The location was superb, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff made helpful recommendations for food out. The wifi worked well during my stay.
The room had a very unpleasant smell that made it difficult to feel comfortable. Despite requesting assistance from the staff, nothing was done to address the issue.

Had a lovely time during our Xmas stay! Enjoyed the free cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. the hotel was in a great location, with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Really liked the cozy and festive decorations in the lobby that helped set the holiday mood.
Our room was a letdown. the bed was so lumpy we couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Beautiful Historical Property and Delicious Breakfast
My partner and I recently enjoyed a city break in a charming, histocal B&B. We were thrilled to have complimentary parking and WiFi during our stay. The property was located in the heart of town, making it easy to walk to lots of great nearby restaurants and attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the scrumptious breakfast that we enjoyed each morning - it was a perfect start to our day of sightseeing.
While our stay was enjoyable, there were a few areas where the property could improve. The outdoor patio was quite dirty and unkempt, which made it less inviting than we had hoped.

Located in a charming historic district, this B&B offers a peaceful escape while being just a stone's throw away from downtown. With a variety of excellent restaurants nearby, you'll have no shortage of options for delicious meals. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with historic charm that transports you to a bygone era. The private bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a luxurious experience. The attentive staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort, and the breakfast served is absolutely delicious.
The parking situation can be a bit inconvenient, with limited on-street parking and a small driveway.
